Delete your Qairros account
You can permanently delete your Qairros account and associated personal data. Deletion is not the same as signing out or deactivating your profile.
Request deletion online
Use our account deletion page to request permanent removal of your account and associated personal data: https://qairros.com/delete-account
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open Qairros and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Read the summary, type DELETE, and confirm.
- You will be signed out immediately. Your account and personal profile data are removed.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@qairros.com from the address linked to your account with the subject Account deletion request. We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Account identifiers (email, phone, username) and profile information
- Push notification tokens and active device sessions
- Any undelivered message copies still on our servers (up to 30 days)
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. See our Privacy Policy for details.
